Another really beautiful book going out today, brings my heart joy, and gives me that little bit of something to keep on keeping on knowing that this would still be in a box if not for me. It’s not much, but it’s enough for my whole life. :)

When a non disabled person gets sick, it’s generally easy for them to rest & recover. They know it’ll only take a few days before the worst is over.

When you’re chronically ill, it can be impossible to rest. An average day for us can be as bad as an ableds worse day.

It is not ”demanding” to ask someone to mask during an airborne pandemic.

We shouldn’t have to ask. People *should* be willing to do it, especially in healthcare settings.

Unfortunately most are so deep in denial they will put lives at risk so they can pretend things are “normal”

Dr. Vinay Prasad said we need a cluster RCT of the routine vaccine schedule.

We don’t, but RFK Jr. should recruit him to lead this study.
