Sunlight glints off frost on the back of a fallen leaf as it lies in the snow.

A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to see the North Cascades National Park and the beautiful fall colors present. Only just now getting around to the photos, but it was such a dream. The weather was perfect and the colors were so vibrant!

But it’s also a balance, which is why I don’t like the “you gotta eat glass” part of the quote. Don’t undersell and/or overwork yourself. Not only will it make your life miserable but it drags down every other working artist of the editors are like “well that guy can do it fast for half the money”

This sounds like some kind of weird humble-brag but it’s really true. You don’t have to eat glass, but you’d be surprised how far you can get by being reliable and easy to work with. Raw drafting talent is worth nothing if you’re a piece of shit who can’t hit deadlines.
