Fancied putting up a framed picture of the sign of the 'Green Man' pub in #TheWickerMan - couldn't find a good enough image on the net so took a photo of the sign from the film & then, after 20 mins or so in Photoshop, I came up with this! Looks jolly, but weird! :)

After losing Lennon we've realised, after the last month, or so that we got used to having 3 dogs. So, last night we put that right.

Here's 9 week old (born on 1st July) Willow who we've welcomed in to the fold. She's also a #Shihtzu like Duggie.

I'd like to add that I started this project a few weeks ago, after replaying Adrian Singh and @markrjones1970.bsky.social Speccy remake of Mr. Do.

Which, if you haven't played it, is awesome!

Mr. Do! and Dig Dug remain firm favourite coin ops of mine, and both provide inspiration for Grave Danger.

I took my 1st trip there on 26 July 1983 for #TheBeatles at #AbbeyRoad video show. I was 13. It was mind blowing! 🤯

In the July 1986 issue of #YourSinclair they listed the 10 1st ever 128 games for the #ZXSpectrum. Here's a photo of them all (with a few 48k imposters to cover the ones I don't own) & a link to a zip of all 10 titles (tested!)

Turns out you find a knife & untie the captain then the second half of the game loads, which is where the graphic is shown.

Is the game actually finishable though? Some walkthroughs on YT end here, with the character being stuck(3) but the video on the SC site shows the game being finished(4)!

It's well known that #Fairlight2 on the #ZXSpectrum isn't completeable. Does this screenshot (Dec 86 issue of #YourSinclair) show part of the unseen end screen? At the end you were supposed to sail off on a boat.

Is this image in the code? Does it exist anywhere complete?

I thought that could be him. He was on it loads. His name was actually John Goldsmith, who happened to look a lot like Duncan Norvelle. He was a TOTP cheerleader & is no longer with us.
