Interesting, all the 'blue' states are yellow (neutral gerrymandering). The 'red' states are politically gerrymandered. It is time that Democrats not only match what Republicans are doing with gerrymandering, but exceed it. Every Democratic controlled state needs to be looking to redrawing their maps -- not to gain 5 seats like in TX, but cumulatively 15, 20 or 30 seats. We must use every tool available.
