I respect your nuanced position but … I think ICE is doing exactly what they are trained to do. The dogs that are trained to fight, are they re-trainable? Could neutered German govt have re-trained the SS/Gestapo to be good soldiers and law enforcement? 1

When ICE sends their people, they aren’t sending their best. They’re not sending you. They’re sending people who have lots of problems … I can’t even assume that some are good people.
