I would buy everything in a walkable small town & all land around it. I’d rent at cost to local small businesses, and rent the places to live at cost *only* to people working at the businesses.

The second season wasn’t as wonderful overall, but damn if SZ/Solo doesn’t deliver an amazing performance that makes it worth it. Next season is the second book, which was my favorite of the three, so I am excited to see it!
