In fairness, there have been, what, six Warchiefs?

Four of them conducted genocidal campaigns, Vol’jin died before he could do much of anything, and then there’s Thrall.

The office has a bit of an image problem lol. I would also like Thrall back, but I could see wanting to add another success.

I think the changes would work for him because

1. Now it's not all on him. A bit less pressure, and a bit more accountability.

2. If he does leave for paternity or whatever, there's built in safeguards for whoever comes next.

That sounds incredibly on-brand for goblins tbh

So basically; Horde council is an important check on Warchief's authority (no more Sylvanas or Garrosh situations)

And the Alliance Supreme Commander has the ability to make military decisions for forces dedicated specifically to the Alliance.

I say make it slightly more nuanced.

The Horde should keep the council, with the Warchief having a lot of sway and power.

Meanwhile, the Alliance goes back to being more of a council, but also places Turalyon in Anduin Lothar's role; Supreme Commander of the Alliance combined forces.

My hope has always been that he returns to be king of Stormind- and ONLY Stormwind.

The High King thing was too much. That was never a good long-term setup for the Alliance anyway. Take a little off of Anduin's plate and pretty much everyone would be happy- including Anduin.
