The agents are taking people without asking for ID.
They stop or chase a brown person, throw them into a car, and take them away. We've all seen it.

Before the ACA, I had a medical condition that escalated into serious complications because I delayed treatment due to lack of insurance coverage. When the ACA went into effect I got treatment but because of the complications I almost died during surgery.

I'm fairly certain that subjects must be present in the courtroom for immigration hearings.
