According to the Brennen Center, nearly 1/3rd of working age adults in the U.S. have some form of criminal record. ACcording to a study from UoGA, 8% of the population have some form of felony conviction.

It's not about getting the worst of the worst, it's about terrorizing the population.

Only 5% of ICE detainees have a criminal record of violent crime. 73% have no record at all. 3% Vice, 4% other, 5% immigration and 6% traffic.

95% of all detainees are pretty benign.
