I think as it's in an ethnography, it adds to the evidence that it probably did not have a much more broad meaning as 'foreigner'. I feel that many would find that compelling.

On another note, i read online that there is a frankish table of nations with the wealh cognate for the visigoths. The ethnography has goths and "walagoths". Obviously, it means roman goths. I imagine that's the visigoths romanising after many decades in southern gaul. I've not seen that example 1/2

by everyone and anyone. I don't think anyone holds up the telegraph anymore as a credible source, this means a lot. The BBC, and ofcom, has utterly failed in the last decade, Brexit, johnson, climate change and now with reform looming I'de rather they don't push the overton window further right.

But what will fill that void can be better dismissed. It's easier to paint something new as biased than the BBC, which, as he says, moved the Overton window so far to the right it was "quite a charge" to consider Johnson a liar.

I lived in Singapore for nearly a decade. If you were among the working population there, you might have known that many just eat all the time in hawker centres this is common enough that some flats don't even include a kitchen.

The "Republic" is closer to a directorship with entirely different society and culture. Especially towards home ownership. I can't believe you want to justify leashold by looking to Singapore, as you know, many don't even have kitchens in their own homes. I hope you rethink leashold.
