That story has nothing to do with what Mr Mamdani thinks, or is proposing for the city. Eight paragraphs in, you begrudgingly admit that in the ensuing 16 years he hasn't made any contradictory claims about his background. You give more shelter to the racist hacker.

It's worse than you think. Won't even link it, but it's awful journalism, sourced to three reporters, & relies only hacked information from a racist.

Seriously, @nytimes.com, I like your cooking section but not this much.
