Oh hey speaking of the SoCal-Nevada Section Meeting, @thewordninjabk.bsky.social is one of the invited speakers, due to receiving the Section Award for Distinguished Teaching of Mathematics! The title of that talk is “Teaching Proofs as a Way of Knowing.”

A theorem and its converse can't be equivalent because a theorem doesn't have a unique converse!

I think a theorem has domain, hypotheses, conclusions; but things can move between domain/hypothesis, which changes the converse!
