Sacred reminder:
The darkness is a place of BIRTH.
The darkness is also where we are TRANSFORMED.
Remember this as we continue to experience this collective darkness.

The darkness is a place of BIRTH.
The darkness is also where we are TRANSFORMED.
Remember this as we continue to experience this collective darkness.
Sacred reminder:
This is not the end of the world.
This is the END of the colonial capitalist patriarchy.
Beloved,
Thank you for having the courage to break colonial patriarchal cycles.
Your bravery will reverberate beyond space and time to shift this current paradigm.
Sacred reminder:
You are worth so much more than what you produce.
In the inevitable moments where you may feel overwhelmed in times of collapse, please know that it's because we live in a paradigm designed to make you feel exactly this way.
They will do all they can to deplete you.
And, part of the shift we need is to no longer collude with these colonial lies.
Resist the ways the mainstream tries to normalize violence.
Resist the need to explain why violence is wrong.
Sacred reminder:
When our spirituality is not rooted in our human reality, we can unconsciously replicate oppressive systems.
This is how mainstream spirituality causes so much harm.
Escapism is not liberation.
These times invite us into deeper discernment...
...not everyone using the language of decolonization and liberation is in right relation.
Unfortunately, there are people who only seek personal and financial gain.
For clarification, we cannot continue to learn from teachers upholding oppressive systems if we seek to be in right relation with our collective liberation.

We cannot be in spiritual integrity if we are complicit with institutions and people who are perpetuating violence.
And yes, looking the other way for personal gain makes us complicit.
The endings we are experiencing are necessary for a new ancient paradigm to be born.
Our path will appear as we look to our ancestors and COLLECTIVELY CALL BACK OUR SOULS.
When you are weary from breaking colonial cycles, remember that the ancestors that prayed for you, also prayed for your wellness too.

Your ancestors are praying for you to RECLAIM THE SACRED.
In these times, wellness cannot just be personal.
Wellness must be rooted in right relationship with our Mother Earth & in a commitment to taking aligned actions for a better world.
If we truly want collective liberation, we must also be devoted to our personal transformation.
And, in a colonial paradigm, this also means we must undergo a process of decolonization of our minds.
To be a liberated woman navigating colonial patriarchy, you're going to have to learn that part of caring for the collective means caring for yourself too.

...without feeling guilty.
Despair is what the colonizer wants.
HOPE IS ANCESTRAL.
You are the new ancient matriarch in your bloodline.
May you receive this sacred transmission.
I refuse to believe that this is the end of humanity.
I refuse to believe we are powerless.
A NEW ANCIENT WORLD IS ON ITS WAY, and WE ARE THE ONES TO BIRTH IT.

This work is about breaking the cycle of colonial harm.
AND, it’s about remembering who you are beneath the colonial conditioning.
About aligning with LIFE and about remembering what is divine and true, and that includes you.
Unlearning the colonial mind is a return to wholeness.
It’s how whyte people begin to act from truth, not guilt.
From reverence, not control.
And it’s how a new ancient world begins.
Most whyte people won't care to right the wrongs of their colonial ancestors.
But, you're not like most whyte people.
You're here to break the colonial cycle.
Dear whyte people,
Avoidance is not how we break the colonial cycle.
Avoiding the colonial ancestors in your lineage only perpetuates harm.
They must be confronted, offered healing rituals, & called to their work - just like the whyte ppl in your life.
This is necessary for our liberation too.
Dear whyte healers, practitioners, & spiritual guides,
It is an ETHICAL issue for you to be discerning with the ancestors you are working with.
Colonial ancestors will be energetic vampires with your clients if you do not do your decolonial shadow work.
Dear whyte people,
Yes, it is possible to reclaim a connection with your pre-colonial ancestors.
Decolonizing your mind & doing the spiritual work to face the harm you've been complicit in to break the cycle is how you get there.
This is Decolonial Shadow Work & now more than ever it's needed.
When you don't confront the colonial programming you've inherited, you allow yourself to become a portal for the colonial ancestors in your lineage to siphon your LIFE FORCE.
This too is how the colonial cycle continues.
Now more than ever, we must BREAK THE CYCLE.
Dear whyte people,
Unlearning your whyte colonial mind allows you to be able to attune to the precolonial ancestors in your lineage & say no to the colonial ones that continue to cause harm.
This is the journey of Decolonial Shadow Work.
