Last week, part of our team took part in a 3-day sea safety training course. The course covered fire safety, water survival, and first aid—all essential skills for our future fieldwork at sea!

We started a new project on passive shrimp fishing, called TRAPS! 🦐 We just got back from the Netherlands, meeting with @wurmarine.bsky.social and ILVO to share ideas & plan future collaborations. On our way, we even visited a fisher to learn about stownets! 🎣
