i haven't been posting because all i'd post about is warhammer and i'd rather everyone read posts that might help them feel safe in these weird, trying times.

it's really nice to step away. i read so many books, and i hang out with my cat. i like my cozy life.

look, i've been enjoying my time, hermetically sealing myself away from the news. there are so many warhammer books to read and theories to tackle. the future is terrible, but way more fun.

tmw a sudden blackout happens. then the sirens start up. i might have panicked a little, automatically going into 'omg it's a tornado!' mode. then the lights went back on and i remembered it was the weekly siren test. it's also too cold and dry for tornadoes right now. it's 46 degrees out lol.

well i was correct about my specific area not getting much weather-wise. it was the rest of the state that got rocked.

looks like the tornado likelihood in my area has dramatically decreased(still should be a wind/hail threat) so all of the chasers are heading to n. illinois for tonight's chasing. they'll be better positioned for tomorrow's even better setup.
