I went out in the rain yesterday and voted for 2 Democrats to replace Republicans for Public Service Commission spots.

Because EVERY DAMN ELECTION is important.

I suspect that if Clay Higgins discovered that a family receiving SNAP benefits had a months' worth of food stockpiled in their home, Clay Higgins would be outraged that a family with tons of food is receiving SNAP benefits.

As someone who has been on SNAP benefits in the past, what will happen Nov. 1 is that people will start diverting other funds towards groceries. They will choose to feed their families over making credit card payments, paying medical bills, car payments, etc. This is going to affect a lot of things.

Q: What do you call it when many people in multiple events are deliberately killed on the open seas outside of a declaration of war?

A: Murder. Mass murder. Crimes against humanity.

I wouldn’t be so pissed if they were genuinely sorry, but they only whine about how they are the ones being screwed. They voted intentionally to harm other people. Their votes were based on hate, racism, misogyny and utter disregard for other humans. No remorse from them, no pity from me.

FACT: In July, Marsha Blackburn voted for the largest cut to SNAP in the history of the program.

Now, 700,000 TN children, seniors & people w/ disabilities are going to miss meals and she’s pretending to care b/c she’s running for Governor.
