We are using Synaptophysin in vivo and in vitro, mostly because we had good experiences with the Ai34D mouse line- you can get the AAVs from the repository at vvf.ethz.ch. For minimal effects Iโ€˜d consider the Synaptotagmin intrabody but havenโ€˜t tried it.
