But yet again, many scientists - around 260 - with ground-breaking ideas were rated as excellent, but remained unfunded due to a lack of funds at the ERC. Hope that more funding will be available in the future!

We are using Synaptophysin in vivo and in vitro, mostly because we had good experiences with the Ai34D mouse line- you can get the AAVs from the repository at vvf.ethz.ch. For minimal effects Iβ€˜d consider the Synaptotagmin intrabody but havenβ€˜t tried it.
