My gf works at a salon and her coworker told her brother to come to me for his barbering needs.

Fast forward almost a year, talking to my gf she tells me that her coworker and her brother were talking about me and he goes, "Tom's the weirdest dude I've ever met. I love him haha"

The angry mob shit is a ploy and I just want my fucking issues.

I'm not meant for 40-50 hour work weeks. I'm meant to tend to travelers and the village folk alike as an inn keeper. Touting ales and roast meats & veg to the road weary. Telling stories of adventures past with only a little hint in aforementioned stories that I'm still not to be fucked with.

Writing while being utterly depressed and unable to shake off the weight of the world's expectations has proven to be one of the most difficult things ever

Are there any indie authors in the #Fantasy, #SwordandSorcey #AdventureFiction #pulp style genres that are wholly underrated that you wish more people knew about? Looking to expand on the genres and support authors!

I haven't read The Tower of The Elephant by Robert E. Howard in so long it felt like reading it for the first time and man, oh man. What a great read that is.

But The Hall of The Dead awaits.
