Agreed. Saying all meds should be temporary is, IMHO, as odd as saying all healthy eating is temporary. If it's beneficial/essential then it should be a permanent option.

Coincidentally I am currently reading your book at the English seaside where it keeps spitting with rain, then being lovely and sunny and then absolutely pouring down for 30 seconds, so you never know when to cut your losses and go back inside.
