I'm constantly exhausted because of Events but also I am constantly exhausted because my joints hurt so I'm not getting adequate rest so my joints aren't healing even when I'm not actively overusing them

I really don’t know what to do about my knees other than walking less and I can’t walk less and also get to my job, this really isn’t a sustainable situation and I’m having great difficulty extricating myself from it

My knees, dear reader, feel awful. I slept way past my alarms and through a text from my boss after taking three Advil and going back to bed “for a bit” and I sill hurt.
