Insurance companies are dictating all this. They want people to jump through hoops. Sorry you’re going through this.

There’s room for all options. It shouldn’t be only this or only that, and it definitely should be that some are options are lauded as being better than others. Psychiatric drugs work and are safe. Exercise and diet work and are safe as well. Treatment should be tailored to the person.

NEWSWORTHY: Even after the disavowing the “supposed” link between vaccines and Autism, US government agencies are now dedicating money (probably recently reallocated from other less desirable studies) to investigate if there’s a connection.

As someone who is neurodivergent and has PTSD, I’d like to remind folks that not every disability is visible. I’m super lucky that I’ve received great medical treatment. Not everyone does. Also: NOTHING TO BE ASHAMED ABOUT.
