No worries at all! Itโs definitely something to watch out for - ie reusablesโ being used like disposables, and whether or not the ban makes any difference. Genuinely, feedback is super helpful and I do appreciate it.

Hi! I do genuinely appreciate the feedback - the first interviewee does make this point (that disposables are roughly the same price as reusables), which they say means it wonโt drastically impact business. But perhaps this could have been made clearer - thank you!
