yes, if you take 7 pills then you should stay off pills because you are incapable of dosing them correctly. has nothing to do with the pills, though.

pharmacies sell cheap pills with less than 100 mg per pill, and those can be broken up as well.

my suggestion was to use them to taper off.

caffeine pills help a lot. you can get a precise dose, and some pills hold very little caffeine (like a tenth of a red bull or whatever)
