When Dundon took over the Caines he blew up the front office, and coaching staff right away but he didnt shake up the roster for two seasons. I think he is smart enough to realize between the Billups situation, and the bad run with injuries that its hard to evaluate this team.

A top 10 pick in an extremely deep talented draft is more exciting to me than a first round exit.

OKC built a powerhouse by stocking up on draft picks and drafting really well.... The worst spot to be in for a small market team is middle of the road.
