I made apple and chilli jelly, plus a couple of sourdough loaves (well, baked them, made the dough yesterday for slow rise in the fridge overnight) to eat with cheese and apple and chilli jelly. And yesterday I made an apple cake (yes, we do have a lot of apples atm).

Thank you! We have so many local cheeses here, and they tend to take centre stage anywhere you might shop for cheese, but I'm sure somewhere will sell this. I'll track it down!
