Came back through Jersey airport. They said Gatwick shouldn't have let me on the plane. Wouldn't take any explanation. Said I had to put it on the plane as checked baggage. A ROLL OF TAPE.

Flying for work, Gatwick tried to take my gaffer tape (to safeguard/secure electrical cables), said you can't board with heavy duty adhesive tape that "needs scissors to cut" in case I tape myself to the plane. Responded by tearing it with my hands. They had to get a supervisor to approve it.

I think I've possibly chosen the best time to introduce my fiancé to Star Trek. I think he'll enjoy TOS,TNG,VOY,DS9,LD and the movies, and eventually we can both watch DIS,SNW and this for the first time and probably have a grand ol' time doing it
