Getting my Game On at Geek Game Days – August 2025 A tabletop gaming convention created by the board game group Fort Worth Game Night and DFW Gaming Village community. In 2025 they are having their 10th event, which is also their 2nd event as a 3 day convention. Con took place at the Bob Duncan Center in Arlington, Texas the weekend of August 1st through 3rd. This is the same venue they used last year, but I definitely felt they did a better job at growing into the space.

The Only Solo TTRPG I play is GM Prep: Session Notes Note taking has been a part of my tabletop RPG career since the very beginning of my GM journey. There's no prep without notes, and preparing notes is one of the areas I struggle most with as a GM. Right now, I'm GMing a monthly Star Wars game that's been going on 3 years, and I've GMed several other campaigns lasting between 10 and 30 sessions throughout my time in the GM saddle.
