Yeah, the burger’s a beast. But don’t sleep on that salad. Bright herbs, tangy pickled carrots, and a pesto vinaigrette that straight-up sings. It’s the crisp, punchy counterpoint that makes the whole plate hit harder.
Balance, baby. Even with pork-lard fries.

Fried onion burger smashed with crispy onions, dripping with housemade mayo, ketchup & fry sauce. Hand-cut fries fried in pork lard. And yeah, there's a side salad—mostly to make us feel better. It slaps tho. Pickled carrots, pesto vinaigrette, the works.

Country style ribs, black eyed peas, collards, macaroni salad with a local farm’s onions and tomatoes (no mayo, apple cider vinaigrette)

Liberate Leftovers!

Super simple slow cooked country ribs with homemade caroline style barbecue sauce. Ribs were dry rubbed with paprika, white pepper and salt then put in a foil covered cast iron pan at 210F for 5 hours.

All the sides are leftovers which makes weeknight meals easier!

I love a savory scone! Without adornment it’s delicious but with some soft salted irish butter it’s out of this world.
