I heard that the president of Puerto Rico is a pedophile and a grifter who takes bribes. I also heard he is racist.

It’s hard to put my finger on THE single most important thing, but a short list:

- reach out to all of our allies and apologize
- get rid of these stupid fucking tariffs
- send ICE back to the border where they belong and work towards cutting all this extra funding
- destroy all the tacky gold shit

The first crack in the wall: An ICE agent just quit.

I am guessing she got her sign-on bonus, she bought the truck, and then gave them her two weeks.

I suspect there will be many more people doing exactly the same thing as soon as their bonus checks clear.

Hopefully some of the quitters will start talking to the media...

But the violence he endured last month in Minnesota while being detained is seared into his battered brain. He remembers Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents pulling him from a friend’s car on Jan. 8 outside a St. Paul shopping center and throwing him to the ground, handcuffing him, then punching him and striking his head with a steel baton. He remembers being dragged into an SUV and taken to a detention facility, where he said he was beaten again. He also remembers the emergency room and the intense pain from eight skull fractures and five life-threatening brain hemorrhages.

ICE told nurses this Minneapolis man “purposefully ran headfirst into a brick wall.”

What actually happened is that they pulled him from a car, beat him so viciously with a steel baton that he had 8 skull fractures, 5 life-threatening brain hemorrhages, and couldn’t remember he had a daughter.

A random guess, but I reckon they know that a significant number only signed on for the 50k bonus, and as soon as they get it, they will quit.

Fat people know they are fat - they don't need to be told. Do racist people know they are racist though?

There will be another scandal or three tomorrow, then the day after, and a declaration of war via tweet over the weekend, then peace will be declared by Monday. One week from now, this will be totally forgotten about.
