Mmm, I'm all about the focaccia!
From roast garlic with romano focaccia showing off vintage pyrex, to brown sugar/pecan focaccia for French toast strips...
It's ALL good!!!

Butterfly the loin, line it with a thin layer of prosciutto and another layer of chopped dried apricots. Roll it, truss it, salt coat it, roast it.
Pinwheel slices on garlic mashers, top with a Dijon mustard cream sauce.

Thank you. She still gets an iron infusion, I think every 6 weeks or so.
Mine wasn't iron, got them every four weeks for 12 years. Yeah, they can really suck sometimes. With the long ones though, I'd watch a movie and take a nap.
