Der Verfassungsgerichtshof hat festgestellt, dass § 21 Abs 5 Bildungsdokumentationsgesetz verfassungswidrig war. Die aktuelle Bestimmung, die sich inhaltlich kaum unterscheidet, ist es damit wohl auch. Auslöser war mein Antrag an das BVwG.
