Given the innumerable times that I've had cashiers respond to me giving them a couple of pennies to make the change even with "You can't do that! I already rang it up!", I won't be surprised if rounding leads to societal collapse.

I confess that I use Google translate sometimes ... but I think the way I keep it set up should earn me some difficulty points.

Have someone else very gently rotate your head back and forth a few degrees for a few minutes. Nothing hard, nothing strenuous. It surprising how often that will get a locked tendon moving again.
