being an old devops head is jumping into new repos to fix one/two liners and then getting stuck for a couple hours reworking install/setup scripts to use 1pass/etc

ndl v0.2.14 is being released. ndl.pgray.dev now has install scripts that are easy to copy. posting from an install that used them

one fun thing i learned while working on ndl is crates.io is so flippin' fast it wipes the floor with everything else i've used in a similar space
