I hear you. I’m beginning to think social media in general is too much for me. I’m actually going to take a digital break and see if I feel better. I’m nervous I’m looking for something here only as a distraction from real life. Too much audacity on both ends of the spectrum 🤣🤦‍♀️ it’s exhausting

I woke up in the middle of the night for the last two nights with Bluesky feed musings in my head. After years of not being on socials I’m amazed at the little dopamine hits it’s giving me. I find myself scrolling as if I’ll find something useful. I’m going to take a break for a bit and see.

Finally took Discover feed off my view - yikes. I couldn’t handle all the Trump and X vs Bluesky stuff 😳
