with 2025 coming to an end, i'm thinking about my albums of the year. i know i often confuse what year an album is released, so i look at other top album lists to remind myself

I have the worst pain disability known to medicine so I spend most of my nights unable to sleep from the pain.

I was shocked at how well melatonin worked. It’s not a 100% thing but it helps.

Also falling asleep to tv shows you have memorized so it’s familiar but nothing you need to stay with
