And I haven’t seen *all the content* out there. But I don’t think I’ve seen one clip of Lander speaking expressively about Islamophobic hate and violence - on Mamdani’s behalf or in general - in the same way Zohran has been asked to speak to antisemitism. Would love to see a clip if there is one.

After this nyc mayoral primary, I hope Mamdani has time to take care. Having to assuage fears of some inexplicably assumed innate antisemitism, just for being Muslim, while receiving death threats and ads against him that use Islamophobia as a rhetorical strategy - it’s traumatic.

So many videos on TikTok today from people talking about their experiences at job corps. Their stories are a lesson in material analysis - it’s amazing what young people can do when their needs are met. 99 sites set to close by June 30. Some have already kicked students out and fired all employees.

The callus dismantling of job corps has hit me hard. The democrats were unprepared, at every level of govt, to proactively thwart all of this depravity & none of them are bearing the brunt of the harm: its homeless youth, our vulnerable immigrant neighbors & so many others rn who are suffering
