There are many studies showing that cannabinoids induce apotosis, slow metastasis, and otherwise directly treat cancer. But none show that cannabis alone can replace surgery/chemo/radiation. As an add-on, cannabis might improve the odds a few percent.

The use of cannabis in cancer goes beyond the palliative (nausea, fatigue, etc). But as a person dealing with cancer right now, there is cdrtsinly no evidence that it is a "cure" or enough. Cannabis is an adjuvant treatment that might provide additional benefit on top of standard treatment.
