¿can you share any?

as a Jewish person what angers me most about these orgs is when they call out people for recognizing that the events that led to the holocaust are in fact happening now (and happened previously/continuously throughout the world) in the name of ~don’t be antisemitic~

Especially when they fail to mention the other targets and victims of the holocaust including but not limited to: disabled people, Romani people, LGBTQ people — yes Jews were the group most affected but that doesn’t mean we scold people for speaking out against current events that relate.

And Anne Frank died from disease due to conditions in the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp. So maybe let’s use our big verified platform to focus some efforts on highlighting conditions in the current immigration camps where people are sick and dying right now.

I realize other things are going on too, but these stories are sending out some overwhelmingly dark vibes, and it feels like they’re so large and bleak that no one knows how to cover them holistically. Big points to everyone trying, and hope you are pacing yourselves

But anyone can learn it, especially writing. Especially especially storytelling. You don’t need an education to become a storyteller, you don’t even need a typewriter. You can take leaves and sticks and a candle behind a sheet and make a shadow puppet theater. There is *no* barrier to entry.

PS To call a judicial warrant a "bureaucratic hoop" means you don't understand justice or law. Don't piss on my leg and tell me it's raining.

I know the names of these people at my school. My kids know them. They are essential to building a good working and learning environment and bc so many of them are from our community they bring home and school closer together.

You can't put a price on that but you should put a paycheck on it.
