I stayed at the Hyatt Centric Delfina in Santa Monica, CA. There was an extra charge on my bill. I called, and they credited my account. Nothing else was needed.
Removing a charge like this is ALWAYS a fight, but not here in civilization. This is why I moved to LA, where people just do their jobs.
