I tend to self isolate when my mental health gets bad due to fear of burning bridges by being too much. Doesn't work and the number of people I felt comfortable expressing even half this stuff to in person has gotten very low. So this is kind of my screaming into the void.

Effexor already had me in a mixed state, it's why I weaned off, and the racing negative thoughts came back with a vengeance last night.

Still passive ideation, so no wellness checks please, but the mixed states are the scariest and most dangerous in my experience.

First night on Concerta wasn't great, how do you sleep on this stuff? Hopefully it's a temporary adjustment, but ended up having to smoke a bit after tossing and turning for hours. Looking into what people call the crash and not sure I can deal with that every night.

To clarify been dealing with the ideation for as long as I can remember. Haven't had an attempt in like 20 years and it's been mostly passive since. Been a bit rougher the past few years, mom would be sad no longer applies, but no need to worry or call a wellness check or anything.

My mom always loved winter, mostly because of Christmas, so I like to visit on the first snow fall (yesterday).
