Good idea! That would require foresight. Unfortunately, I predict we'll see mass chaos and eventually disengagement and/or departures (quits + sick leave) -- not exactly something desired in public service agencies.

The lack of focus on prevention is astounding.

“I already had COVID-19, so I”.... the options for “can’t have it again, can’t pass it to others, don’t need to get tested, don’t need to wear a mask, and don’t need to be vaccinated” are crossed out. the only choice left is “can become infected again and should continue taking steps to protect myself and others"

Even if you’ve had COVID-19 in the past or have been vaccinated, it is still possible to become infected, experience serious illness, and infect others! Stay up to date on vaccines, wear masks, get tested, and stay home if you’re not feeling well to help reduce risks for yourself and others.

And we are poorer for his departure from it.
