Treason never prospers
What’s the reason?
Should it ever prosper…
None dare call it treason
@danrealitybites.bsky.social
The EU didn’t cause our problems Leaving hasn’t solved them We should be tackling rampant poverty, housing, low productivity, health, climate and education
Treason never prospers

Vital piece of investigative reporting from Sky. They've uncovered the X algorithm which feeds users extremist right wing material from the moment they join the site. It is a far-right radicalisation engine, by design.

I have to agree - nothing has changed in practice
05.11.2025 09:26 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0It’s clear to anyone paying attention that Farage gets an easy ride from the media. They give him as much airtime as he wants but never hold him to account for the damage he’s done.
So much of what’s broken in Britain is thanks to Nigel Farage.
Funny how he has to add “and highly unethical” to “illegal” at the end. Shows how his mind works.
25.10.2025 06:53 — 👍 5 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0For me, the real sliding doors moment comes in September 2010, when Ed Miliband beats brother David by 1% to win Labour leadership.
Would David Cameron have won an outright majority five years later? I doubt it.
I’ll think I’m skewed by having lots of my Belgian friends living in Flanders.
24.10.2025 08:21 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 2 📌 0I’d just call it Flemish not Dutch if you’re in Belgium
23.10.2025 15:12 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0I mean all the times I heard non-Dutch friends of mine talk about beginning a conversation in a shop or restaurant in Dutch - only for the Dutch person to switch into English.
22.10.2025 18:41 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0And it’s HARD to learn Dutch in the Netherlands 🇳🇱 as everyone reverts to English the moment they sense you’re not native (according to friends of mine who tried).

14.10.2025 15:22 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0This is also why I don’t think Labour are pushing hard to rejoin. Until the Tories come round what’s the point?

Brexit will always ruin you in the end.

And it has this laugh out loud line:
“An essential condition today for entry into the upper echelons of Conservative party politics is being willing to at least pretend that you think taking Britain out of the EU was a good idea. This is a never-ending lobotomy for the Tories.”
Nigel Farage has finally admitted to it.
But now there's lots more questions especially considering Rupert Lowes intervention....

This was then scrapped citing the Manchester synagogue attack. Polanski is both Jewish and from Manchester
President Macron:
“We were very naive to leave our public space to social media networks controlled by US or Chinese companies that don’t share our interests and not interested in survival of our democracies.”

@bylinetimes.bsky.social can now reveal that, during the crucial period when convicted Reform leader Nathan Gill was most active, working directly with Russian President Vladimir Putin’s most senior ally in Ukraine, he was also one of Nigel Farage’s closest confidantes 1/12
It’s a good development but I do hope they change the title from natural history to something more forward looking that enables insights into our ecosystems, biospheres, biodiversity challenges and what we need to do to sustain nature and our place in it.
Every job in the country depends on that.
Breaking the Link is happening, in Spain. 75% reduction in times when gas sets the price resulting in power prices 30% lower than the EU average. While Britain has prices more like 30% higher than the EU average. The Link is the cause. What are we waiting for, Ed, Keir, Rachel....?

If, like us, you're frustrated with billionaire-owned mainstream media -
-then do back the Bylines Network to bring a new type of grassroots media into the landscape, with monthly 300,000-400,000 article reads - and many millions of search engine & soc media impressions 💪
A reminder that it's highly likely Nigel Farage was/is being paid by the Russians.
And if he's not, he's an absolute moron.
