Not really my thing anymore but if I explored them when I was in high school I think I could have gotten big into them.

I see Canada is in trouble with Republicans for pointing out a Reagan policy that Republicans were openly proud of all the way up through at least the end of the second Bush administration.

When I ran track in high school we ran 100-200-400-800-1600m, but when my dad ran track they labeled it in yards: 110-220-440, etc. meters are probably too woke for ICE.

220 yards is roughly equal to 200 meters which is a standard sprint distance—half a standard track.

In fairness, I could do maybe half that many push-ups in a 1 minute period and then I’d need a break. But that “sprint” time is like a moderate jog for me.
