I expect some degree of parental neglect or abuse, private school education & privilege helped cultivate the lack of empathy towards others less fortunate.

My constituent, Wilmer, was mauled by an ICE attack dog despite the fact that, as he has consistently explained, he was not resisting arrest or trying to fleeβ€”his wife and young children, all U.S. citizens, were forced to watch helplessly as Wilmer was violently attacked and dragged away.

Cambridge University cosies up to Reform The vice-chancellor expects Nigel Farage to model his policies on Trump and says other Russell Group members are meeting his allies

One should be in no doubt that most of Britain's elites will simply make their peace with Farage and do a deal, so long as they get left alone or benefit. Tho there is resistance to Trump in the US, it's v much the exception.(1/2) www.thetimes.com/uk/politics/...

This CBS story is just remarkable. It states that Trump insulted their reporter, and also notes the same thing happened to reporters from Bloomberg and NYT.

Both of those organizations are quoted defending their journalists.

But Bari Weiss and CBS don't lift a finger to defend their own reporter.

We have incredible choice these days, but you don't half have to fork out some cash to see it all.
The Ashes cricket isn't on Sky, so it's another Β£30+ a month if you want to watch.

I hate all these subscriptions bleeding us dry.

It’s a surprise TNT has the Ashes. I’m peeved as recently lost showjumping (GCT) from Eurosport (i have via Sky) was lost to TNT. Then I weirdly recently found GCT highlights on ITVX of all placesπŸ€·β€β™€οΈSadly this crams too much content (2 comps) into 60 mins.
