Morning at Stanford Reservoir

This dude has been showing up quite a bit lately, never catches anything. I don't massively want my sparrows getting killed but am starting to feel sorry for him!

Apparently so, I've tried to spot one and failed. We do have storks in Sussex.

I hope you've told them to show up on Sunday too!

Thanks - so you know the pic with 2 birds, the one on the right is smaller. Are they both ruffs? I thought maybe they were different types.

Well I think they may be the dunlins, but I don't really know.

I did a course on this and I still struggle 😆. I've just looked at this but still not sure - if it had res "trousers" it's a hobby, I know that much!
