Was just at a neighborhood school at dismissal. Hundreds of people with whistles surrounding the school and stationed down every block making sure ICE doesn’t snatch anyone. The same is happening at all the schools around here. I love my neighborhood and I love Chicago.

No one deserves to die. Not the two members of the synagogue killed , not the alleged terrorist shot dead by the police without trial, not the hundreds of thousands of innocent Palestinians slaughtered by the genocidal apartheid State of Israel.

But the members of the synagogue now know that killing civilians is wrong and will stop supporting Israel (I assume).

H@m@S has agreed to return all the hostages. Since this is the only reason God’s special little flowers have been fighting (since 1948) I assume that they will all now withdraw to the land allocated to them in UN resolution 181. Because it’s only ever been about the hostages!

I have to say this whenever anyone reads Alice - I was the tutor in the flat above her when she moved into Janet Clarke Hall and later, with great joy, I married her to her husband. I only played a tiny role in her life but, damn, I’m so proud of her!

Now remember, children, don’t protest too ‘roughly’. The delicate little petals experience that as ‘violence’. Whereas I bet the good Rabbit believes committing genocide is simply ‘self-defence’.

Also: when a government acts brutally and lawlessly and immorally, but tells you that pointing those things out incites violence and terrorism, that government and its agents are entitled to no respect or credence.
