If we still had a White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention, they’d be in Tallahassee helping the community access federal resources for survivors, families, & students. Then they’d take what was learned to help prevent it from ever happening again.

A preliminary budget draft leaked to the Washington Post outlines plans by the Trump administration to cut:

- the NIH budget by 40%
- the CDC budget by 44%
- the HHS budget by 33%

This will not make America healthy. It will make Americans sicker and more vulnerable to disease outbreaks.

If you found it “too hard” to wear a mask or stay at home during shelter in place orders, you’re really not going to like being chronically ill.

I assure you it’s far easier to adapt when you have a choice. Wear a mask. Open a window. Get your boosters.

The Office of Long COVID Research and Practice will close as soon as this week, according to an internal HHS email obtained by Inside Medicine.

This is the opposite of what you would do if you were genuinely interested in finding treatments for chronic diseases, as RFK claims.

So for all of the Christian right’s words about the sanctity of life, they’ve all signed up for killing millions of children as an act of public policy. WWJD?
