When Aria hurts her shoulder, she's left feeling frustrated that she is letting her taekwondo team down right before a big tournament. Noah can't believe his luck. He has won a trip to a movie premiere where he will get to meet the actor who inspired his interest in taekwondo. But when Noah and his friends attend the party, his hero is rude to them. Now Noah isn't sure how to feel about taekwondo. Will Noah walk away from martial arts for good?

Ezra is a busy, active kid. In addition to his taekwondo lessons at the dojang, he is in baseball, swimming, and a couple of clubs. But it's getting to be too much! Can his friends help him stay organized so he can keep up with all the things he loves? Or is he stuck feeling stressed?

When a new kid named Julian joins the dojang, Ezra's friends are focused on making the new student feels welcome. They miss Ezra's latest accomplishment: breaking three boards. Feeling jealous, Ezra thoughtlessly dares Julian to try a skill that is beyond Julian's ability. Will Julian's first class at the dojang be his last?
