If you take the book Wuthering Heights as (mostly) Nelly’s POV and the movie “Wuthering Heights” as (mostly) Catherine’s POV, it starts to make a lot more sense.

Honestly, if you start out by saying Wuthering Heights is your favorite book, I’m going to assume any serious reading you did ended in high school and your reviewing credibility is lost.

I love all the peeps trying to review Wuthering Heights as “separate from the book” and then they all proceed to pick it apart at the nano particle level, comparing it to the book shot for shot, line for line. And then gushing about how it’s their favoritest book ever ever. It’s not even that good.

This was such a good fic! I loved all the banter between them. I hope the Talamasca and IWTV crews get to have a little crossover. 💞

I feel like the marketing is more robust than I expected but still a little haphazard. They sold out of the popcorn tins on the NBC website already. Alamo had like 100 seats available for their beyond the grave screenings. It’s like they didn’t expect this many fans. Tragic. 😩

2. Interview with the Vampire In 2024, it felt like Interview with the Vampire finally began to get the recognition it deserved since Season 1 aired two years prior. Based on Anne Rice's The Vampire Chronicles, every single aspect of this show deserves to be celebrated, starting with the truly mesmerizing performances from Jacob Anderson and Sam Reid as Louis de Pointe du Lac and Lestat de Lioncourt, respectively. There are not enough adjectives in the English language to properly express my deep love for the show, so I will leave you with this: If you are not watching Interview with the Vampire, you are missing out on one of the best TV shows in the last 10 years.
