The beer with my chilli (ghost, habanero, pasilla) today was to have been a 75cl of Blaugies Blidegarian 9% stout but when I opened it it was flat and off. So, emergency plan B is this tin of St Mars of the Desert Abbey Brune 9.3%.

Well that plan went tits up - it's flat and off. Emergency plan B needed!
